Honey is classified by its floral source, therefore Poly-floral honeys or also known as wildflower honey which is derived from the nectar of many types of flowers. Some manufactures also blend different types honey which is also call blended poly-floral honey.

Most commercially available honey is blended, meaning it is a mixture of two or more honeys differing in floral source, color.

The taste may vary from year to year, and the aroma and the flavor can be more or less intense, depending on which blooming is prevalent. Color from light yellow to amber browns, has a slow crystallization process, flavor, density or geographic origin.
