Implementation of food safety management required by the legislation of the European Union, the USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and many other countries. In Ukraine, the application of HACCP (HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is mandatory for all companies involved in the manufacture or introduction of the food products. "Certification on the safety and quality of food" and "On baby food" is required by law of Ukraine.
